The services provided by Country Couples are only available to Registered Members, resident in the United Kingdom. By requesting Membership of Country Couples you are accepting and agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between Yourself and Country Couples, at the moment your Membership application is accepted. You should read the Terms and Conditions carefully, if you are unable to accept any of these Terms or Conditions you should not apply to Country Couples for Membership. The Terms and Conditions are subject to revision from time to time.
Applications for Membership will only be accepted from people who are past their 18th birthday and resident in the United Kingdom. Right to Membership is not automatic, acceptance rests solely with Country Couples and we are not required to give any reason for rejection. At the time of Registration you are required to provide current, complete and accurate information about yourself. It is your responsibility to maintain and update this information if the details originally provided change. Your application for Registration implies an assurance that you have not been convicted of any offence or been subject to an injunction or order under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and that you are not prohibited by law from entering into a legally binding agreement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation Act (2000), you are entitled to an eight-day cooling off period beginning when you submit your application for Membership. The cooling off period ends at the end of the eight day after submitting your application. However, if you begin to use the website during the cooling off period the right to cancel does not apply. This only relates to initial membership. You have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Country Couples may terminate your Membership at any time by serving 24 hours notice of termination on you, or immediately if you have breached any of these terms and conditions. Subscription payments are not subject to automatic renewal, members will be advised automatically when their subscription is due and you may choose to renew or cancel your membership. Reasons for Termination of your membership by Country Couples may include, but not be limited to, your failure to make payment of membership fees, your breach of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, if in our reasonable opinion you have posted information damaging to Country Couples or intended to cause offence. Country Couples can not be held liable by you or any third party for termination of this agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination by either party. Your membership is for your private use and cannot be transferred in any way to a third party, this would lead to immediate termination of your membership.

When you subscribe to Country Couples you will be required to use the secure third party payment area, a debit or credit card will be required in order to complete this process. Please be aware that Country Couples are not provided with your personal debit or credit card details. No attempt will be made by Country Couples to collect further payments after you cancel your Membership or your membership period expires. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination by either party. No refund or payment will be made to you in respect of downtime to the website or your inability to access the website due to technical difficulties beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that subscription fees are received by Country Couples by the due date, we do not accept responsibility for monies not received.
You shall give Country Couples a reasonable amount of time to remedy any matter for which we are liable, before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not allow a reasonable amount of time we shall have no liability to you. If you do wish to make a claim against Country Couples for a matter in which you feel we are liable, you must provide for us, or our legal representatives, written evidence of any claims for which it is alleged that we are liable together with written details of how any loss was caused by us and the steps you have taken to mitigate the loss before we shall have any liability for the claim by you. Our liabilities to you in any circumstances is limited to the total amount of subscription fees collected during your membership. Country Couples services are provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements, purpose and/or expectations. Country Couples cannot be held liable for false statements made by any member. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Country Couples, its officers and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party. Country Couples has no control over the quality, compatibility or safety of its members. All Members should read our Privacy Policy and Safety advice. Country Couples does not accept responsibility for the content of materials Members may supply through the website and will not be liable for the content of any communication received by you from other Members. We do not accept liability for any damages or loss of profits, data or other property or any consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services we provide or resulting from unauthorised access to, deletion or alteration of materials or our failure to store transmissions or materials. It is possible for other Members and/or unauthorised users to obtain and misuse information about you as a result of your use of the website.
